Pros
Pay is fairly good for what it is. Staff is generally knowledgeable although at different experience levels. Never a shortage of work.
Cons
Clique based promotional opportunities. Not a good place for long term career growth unless you have friends in high places. Unkept promises regarding annual bonus.

Pros...coworkers are nice, office location does not have too much traffic.
Cons
They expect you to meet a total number of billing hours at the end of year in order to qualify for the HUGE bonus. That would be great if i was given enough work to bill that much and if my billing hours didn't get cut so much from the clients...

Causal work environment. Nice offices. Decent competitive pay.
Cons
Poor management. No opportunity for mobility if you don’t have business. 0 bonus structure and high billables. Mentoring is limited.
