      This is a social service agency, where you don't come to be rich, you come for the colleagues, the mission and knowing you're doing good work. Comparable pay in our industry but not the private sector.

      Pros

      Been working here a few years and what impresses me most is how the organization constantly seeks to promote current staff members to higher positions before looking outside the organization.

      Cons

      Downtown Manhattan is not for everyone, but the offices are nice and most positions at the organization are hybrid, so you don't need to come into the office every day.
