Pros

Met Council has been growing rapidly over the past few years but still feels small enough where all ideas are heard and creativity is valued. This growth has also lead to a number of promotions from within as well. There is an open door policy for much of the senior staff and the organization has been incredible at maintaining a sense of collaboration and teamwork throughout the pandemic.

Cons

As an essential organization Met Council has been working in the office (at least part time) without interruption and has a strong believe in person collaboration. If you are looking for full time work from home this won't be the position for you.
