More days off due to Jewish Holidays as well as early Friday closing. Ok dental plan and Medical if you are single. If you have a family can be very expensive.

Cons

Low very low compensation under market. Low company moral no raises or promotions. Days off are limited as well as sick time including sick time. no support from higher ups, no discretion with private/personal information. offices very small with to many employees in one

New management is very engaging. There are clear opportunities for growth and if you like helping people, Met Council helps everyone regardless of background. I feel good about the work that I do every single day helping poor New Yorkers.

Small offices (but they are in Manhattan!)
