• Great leadership starting from the C.E.O. all the way down to subordinates • Flexible work schedule with hybrid/remote options and early release on Friday’s • Competitive salaries in comparison to industry standard • Growth opportunities available

Cons

• Fast paced environment; their focus is helping people in times of emergency and crisis so if you can’t dance to the speed of the collective drum, you’ll end up behind.
