Great company to work for if you are in the right group with forward thinking leadership. New executive driving culture change in the right direction.

Cons

Culture change progress slow. Unskilled middle-management incapable of good decisions - no forward looking mentality.

The people are great, and processes and tools are constantly getting better. Campus is beautiful and there is ample opportunity to make a positive impact.

Cons

Depends on what org you’re in. Overall things are constantly getting better, but some managers are better at helping their employees navigate through change.
