Pros

- they sponsor team environments which could be a con too if you are on a bad team. - they offer benefits but you have to pay majority - you work your own schedule but have a boss

Cons

the entire job, they offer no support and switch things up on you -incredibly high turnover of employees - underwriting and back office is anightmare - it takes 40 minutes to call back office

Pros

The benefits and snoopy. Beautiful office building. Everyone was real nice even though in the end I realized it was fake.

Cons

Don't waste your time here. You will go broke. Many promises, many lies. They expect you to work like a slave for free getting leads and attending many meetings before your actual pay start date. The recruiter will say anything enticing to get you in. Wish I had not wasted my time with these people. I was fooled by the glitzy and alluring Dallas office and false promises. Should have known it was too good to be true.

Pros

Good sales, marketing, and product training. Managers were generally supportive. Since almost all compensation is based on commission, you have substantial flexibility in setting your own strategy and hours.

Cons

By the time I left, it was clear that they were on a path to downsizing their agency sales division. There wasn't much management direction on marketing beyond selling to your natural market and referrals. Company policy made it virtually impossible to market via social media.
