Pros

hard for me to think of any

Cons

As an agent you have to pay for rent, phone, fax and email. It is the only employer I know, where you have to pay them to work. They put all your commissions in a pool(or sewer ) of which only 10% is paid weekly. Upon leaving the company they keep the commissions. And during the course of employment, the management tries to brainwash you that how lucky you are to be working for MetLife.

Good salary, you will learn a lot about insurance

Cons

Very strict schedule for a sales arena. You will have to change meetings, to be able to be in the office at a certain time
