MS Word & PPT are the heart of MetLife GARC Decent work life balance

Cons

1. Parental insurance is absent(Very basic benefit that should be provided) 2. Leadership is completely incapable. Actions only in words especially with Senior Managers. 3. Its not at all a Product based company, all the dump work from other countries comes to GARC 4. No proper evaluation mechanism for performance - Hikes are pathetic based on the 5 Goals(One of the weird & worst in industry) - Hike numbers are pure political play oriented 5. They have their set of guidelines which they treat them as universal standards 6. Very very few %(hardly 5%) of people works on Deep learning, NLP. Not a suggestion to join, if you are really looking forward to improve in your career 7. Dedication towards employees in the amidst covid situation proves the same 8. No proper office work space

1. The quality of deliverables is given highest priority and the quality of work is decent involving the niche skills 2. A good emphasis is given to individual development - beyond just work: research, certification etc. 3. Management has the right intentions to build the center well. Everything is measured in a structured way - performance, goals, deliverables etc.

1. Poor benefits compared to other companies - but this is changing as per new policies
