Pros

Fantastic benefits Solid 401K International experience Solid affinity groups Good focus on health and wellness (outside of work-life balance, where they do a terrible job)

Cons

-EXTREMELY bureaucratic, says they are fighting this but it's only gotten worse -VERY top-down management -Overly political environment. Much rides on how you are perceived and who likes you rather than your actual talent. -Payscale is incredibly low unless you are top leadership. -Incredibly old fashioned and NOT innovative (though they claim to be trying) -Leadership is not held accountable for their behavior - managerial behavior is not measured or assessed regularly. Leaders are only rated on their accomplishments, which means many employees at non-executive levels suffer from poor management and leadership skills. -Terrible compensation planning -Horrible annual review process and top-down, narrow yearly assessments -Atrocious goal setting and feedback programs./cycles -Feedback and speaking up are NOT valued at all, even if done in a very gentle, politically correct way. Genuine feedback is rarely solicited or considered. -They say they value diversity and inclusion, but they do not measure or share measurements for it. -VERY non-inclusive culture. -VERY passive aggressive culture. -Though they win awards every year, this is not a great environment for a working parent of either sex. They say they are accommodating but unless you are able to work 15-17 hours a day, you are not likely to be held in high esteem. -VERY FEW career advancement opportunities. No real career paths or ladders exist. They like to push a "career enrichment by lateral moves" philosophy, so it is rare that you will see a monetary reward or promotion.
