Pros

Work life balance with flexibility in working hours, on hybrid mode with 3 days in office, office is well equipped, a lot of activities available to improve employee engagement and wellness, benefits are good.

Cons

Internal communication could be improved especially with HQ in US, working style is more like implement first and solve if there is any issue later, lack of discussion and alignment.

Life Planner

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

2000 RMB (about 275 USD) training subsidies.

Cons

Too many. Basically they brainwash you and your family into buying their insurance products. Then the service is horrible. They can change up to 4 life planners for you within half a year. No stability at all, neither for the life planner nor for the insurance buyer.
