Pros

Very passive aggressive culture. Folks are nice to your face and then will bad-mouth after-meetings or behind back. Culturally, company is slowly evolving away from the slow-moving mutual company mentality

Cons

Passive aggressive and slow-moving culture

Pros

Good benefits, fun local management while it lasted. Small business feeling and autonomy to do your job.

Cons

Senior management is trying to drive a culture of change, but its all a facade. The first thing is corporate savings, not customer experience. Executive management has no idea about how the business runs and makes decisions that affect the operations negatively. Rather than look at real ways to save money, they find it easier to simply lay off than to effect any real change. Watch in the next 2 years.
