Pros

The pay is alright now that metlife raised their min wage.

Cons

Mandatory Overtime, some are singled out to do work beyond what peers do, severely understaffed, micromanaging. Forcing employees who have no reason to be in office to return post pandemic.

Pros

Flex schedule. Benefits after a year. 8 weeks company parental leave.

Cons

They pay new hires more than current employees. Overworked and under paid. Raises and bonus are the not equal to current coast of living, new hires always make more. Every 5 years they rise the pay to meet the cost of living. They don’t value employees like the culture claims. If you go on leave and there’s a company increase you don’t get it until you return so Essentially you’re being punished for taking necessary leave. I don’t see how that’s equal pay as they claim.
