Pros

Common company benefits like parking allowance, leave and epf.

Cons

- Very toxic and blame-oriented culture. Instead of focusing on productivity, the company fosters an environment of finger-pointing. - Frequently forced to skip lunch due to dealing with vendors in different time zones. - Incompetent hiring practices result in employees having to take on additional responsibilities to cover for underqualified staff. - no room for discussion on timeline.
