Pros

Good pay Low impact, mainly answering emails

Cons

•Very little training. Up to you to go to training calls that tend to get scheduled during a time you might have a meeting. •how well you do your job depends on who you know. Trying to figure things out yourself is hard because there isn’t a standard way to handle most responsibilities and the resource data base is messy and out dated •Expect to be asked to work outside of your hours to fulfill a client request (you don’t get overtime for it)
