Pros

Decent benefits and friendly coworkers

Cons

Constant changes in upper management. Some unqualified middle management hired as a favor. Ancient technology and no unified focus.

Pros

Can wear jeans every day. Location is easy to get to. Some departments and groups have it made. Onsite cafeteria.

Cons

Management only cares about cutting cost, even at the expense of its employees. All benefits are employee-funded, salary is 15% under market, bonuses and raises are nonexistent.

Pros

At first, not that great, but now with new management in place, things are getting better. Starting to feel like they work for the employees now, rather than us working for them. Work life balance is getting better. Looking forward to the continued improvement.

Cons

At first, there were other positions, then the "changes" happened & all advancement positions were GONE. Feels like a dead end with no advancement. Pay, in my opinion, is WAY below other companies.
