Pros

Hybrid working Nice team Central office location Varied work - mix of webinars and phone calls and face to face meetings

Cons

Long hours, many people have to stay late/work through lunch to make targets especially as targets arent adjusted for additional duties like completing business plans or customer service issues. Bad work life balance. Expected to travel all around the UK to various roadshows, sometimes having hours and hours worth of travel plus full day of setting up equipment and answering questions from various advisers- exhausting and not paid extra for this. Micromanagement i.e. not allowed to work from home if employee isnt feeling well enough to go to the office.
