Pros

Telecommute 2 days a week after 2 years of service, food days in office, potential for performance bonus in March.

Cons

Limited advancement, micro managed, sub par raises, limited decision making ability, limited trust of employees to make the right decision, little praise when due. Redundancy.

Pros

decent benefits and some interesting projects

Cons

Way too political and always always reorganizing. Makes you have less and less faith in sr. management. Pay is awful- no raises and bonus cut every year. Performance/contribution does not matter.
