Pros

Overall, a good company for work-life balance, in that they do not expect exceptional effort from even high-level performers. In general, expectations for success are modest, so long hours are not expected and are even viewed with some suspicion.

Cons

Lack of strategy beyond "cut costs". Management was consistently unable to utilize technology as a business differentiator, so it became all about delivering ho-hum technology for less cost. However, management was frequently penny-wise but pound-foolish, as they were unable to align projects and goals, creating a lot of inefficiency.

Pros

The have a pension plan.

Cons

Advancement is based upon who you know not what you know. Although they are in the top 100 in Working Women, benefits such as Teleflex, work from home are more of a myth... unless you are the one in charge

Pros

Strong company. The benefits seem pretty good. Management is very flexible with schedules...lots of people telecommute. I left and came back after seeing that the grass wasn't greener.

Cons

They ask a lot out of people, so everyone ends up being overworked. A lot of people find they can make more money for less effort, so they leave, meaning the experienced people who are left have even more to do.
