Pros

Good benefits, above average salary, good atmosphere, deliver the promises made and invests in self development.

Cons

Need to be more innovative, the leadership is not interested to improve its value propositions and spends money where it is not needed. The projects are not seriously led by senior managers and have an imperialistc vision when it comes to its international branches.
