Pros

-Ability to move to other areas of the business to pursue other career opportunities. -Flexibility with work hours and telecommuting. -Decent benefits. -Most employees have good values and ethics - not a cutthroat environment.

Cons

-If you are in a department that is a cost center and not a profit center, be prepared to work in a situation of extreme understaffing. -Lousy technology. -Politics, but probably not more than would be found in similar firms. -Senior management and HR treat employees as a number, not people. Immediate management does treat people as individuals, though.
