Pros

I would consider the benefits package and the fact of being part fo a major insurance organization in the world as good reasons.

Cons

Very unstable market positioning, high turn-over, lack of culture and below average staff as downsides or opportunities to be taken into considerations. Salaries are awfull even worst than insurance player which are also under when comparing top tier companies. Not clear career opportunities and impssibility to identify and rotate talents.

Pros

Excellent benefits package. Decent salary not the best in the industry but no the worst. Very flexible sometimes you can work from home if you need to. Company has a good reputation and is well known, everyone loves Snoopy.

Cons

A small group of employees located in the larger offices get all the special project assignments that help lead to advancement. No clear path is established for employee growth. Reviews are set up so you always end up at a satisfactory level no matter how great you perform.
