Culture is strong if you're in the right department Benefits are good Lots of good people were hired Cafeteria and Starbucks onsite Parking is Easy Location is convenient with lunch options
Cons
Whiners - a lot of hires who "expect" more and feel entitled Senior leaders who are always traveling The parking deck has a smoking area Not a lot of outside seating Kitchens on each floor are not equipped with enough vending machines or fridges are always jam packed
