      -sometimes they provide facilities to work -sometimes they hear what we initiate

      Cons

      -kind of discrimination between the departments -They don't any channels to protect employees from their managers, and i talk about Egypt's office

      Benefits are good including Health insurance.

      Cons

      Not to clear why some department or groups can be 100% remote and others hybrid. They just removed summer hours and some of their flex work and the hybrid associates from two days they are now making them come to the office three times.
