      Pros

      Great benefits, Cary campus is beautiful.

      Cons

      The tech org in Cary not a place where women can thrive. Most senior women laid off, forced our or gave up over the past few years. Male leaders all talk and no walk, hiding behind speeches, but when it comes to success if you are not a white male, you have little chance for growth or success.

      Management is clueless and authoritative in nature. Growth is very limited. High turnover and mostly 45+% consultants. Bonuses are subpar compared to the competition.
