Pros

MetLife has good benefits and amount PTO was pretty good. Bonuses were good. I was able to take PTO without it being an issue. They also transitioned quickly to remote work when the pandemic hit.

Cons

Management did not seem knowledgeable in my department. There were times she would take her team's work and pass off as her own, as she did not have the computer skills to do the work on her own. Support from immediate management was less than to be desired. Ability to be promoted was dependent upon which department you were in. Also, they were transitioning to more lateral movement, where you would need to learn a new position but compensation would be the same.
