Pros

hard for me to think of any

Cons

As an agent you have to pay for rent, phone, fax and email. It is the only employer I know, where you have to pay them to work. They put all your commissions in a pool(or sewer ) of which only 10% is paid weekly. Upon leaving the company they keep the commissions. And during the course of employment, the management tries to brainwash you that how lucky you are to be working for MetLife.

Pros

Great company, benefits and work life balance. Room for advancement if you are willing to relocate East.

Cons

Management is promoted by favoritism and not skill set. Speaking your mind will blackball you from moving around the company.
