Pros

Paid time off was accrued quickly and you could usually get the vacation days you wanted, even on short notice. Time and a half for overtime, too.

Cons

salary was not good in relation to employee skills. not much room for advancement. Often fell behind in work over the holidays and forced to work overtime.

Pros

Strong company. The benefits seem pretty good. Management is very flexible with schedules...lots of people telecommute. I left and came back after seeing that the grass wasn't greener.

Cons

They ask a lot out of people, so everyone ends up being overworked. A lot of people find they can make more money for less effort, so they leave, meaning the experienced people who are left have even more to do.
