Pros

Well known company. Excellent opportunities to learn and develop in your career, just not many opportunities to advance.

Cons

The changes at the company are too volatile, which can make employees very uneasy about the future direction of the company as well as their personal job security. Very hard to get promoted. Promotions are very uneven. Unfortunate performance management process.

Pros

Co-Workers were great to work with. Pay was ok, benefits were good.

Cons

Management was sub-standard. Systems were old and there were too many of them that didn’t talk to each other. There was a lot of talk about investing in technology to upgrade, but it was all talk.
