Pros

Relaxed atmosphere to work. Some facilities and 401 and pension plan is good.

Cons

Huge amount of offshoring, the company have layoffs every year or less. It used to be best company to work for. But after consolidation and moving lot of people to North carolina etc its a mess now.

Pros

One positive is the pace of work is very easy going, and I very rarely have to work late. The facilities themselves are nice, and all of my coworkers are quite friendly.

Cons

Quite a boring job. I read on here it's a place for the type b people and I would have to agree. There are so many levels of management you have to wonder if people just create work to keep themselves in good graces.

Pros

Great work environment with great people who care about their jobs. Salary is average for the industry but the benefits are above average.

Cons

At the present time, 2016, the company is struggling and is undergoing a reorganization. Many jobs have been cut and hiring freeze is in place. The company will emerge from this sooner or later, but for the present time, I would look elsewhere.
