Pros

Relaxed atmosphere to work. Some facilities and 401 and pension plan is good.

Cons

Huge amount of offshoring, the company have layoffs every year or less. It used to be best company to work for. But after consolidation and moving lot of people to North carolina etc its a mess now.

Pros

Competitive Salary, Stable Enterprise, Casual Dress, Good food services.

Cons

Mixed up IT department with all levels of skill sets. My supervisor was a micromanager who used pet employees to spy on other employees. Bad morale. Played favorites. Couldn't say know to her supervisor, so the team I was on faced unrealistic deadlines.
