Pros
- Affordable health insurance that goes a long way - 401k company match after working there for 1 year - Management does not pressure you to work late often - Employees are trusted and have plenty of opportunities to work independently and as part of a team - You get to work closely with intelligent and motivated people
Cons
- REALLY slow, corporate pace - Ridgid project deadlines that come from high up the chain - Quantity is always preferred over quality - IT helpdesk requests are seemingly ignored for weeks (until after you've fixed the problem yourself somehow) - Old, bulky, bloated (mainly Microsoft) tools - Complete lack of inter-team communication
