Pros
As an engineer I had a great opportunity to grow and build a product from the bottom up. Had ownership, built up interpersonal skills as well as building up a team and the software product from nothing. The people, freedom, and growth were fantastic
Cons
After multiple restructures with poor direction from management things were falling apart. No respect amongst colleagues suddenly and it felt like everyone was walking on glass. What made Mettel a great place to work was quickly taken because of bureaucracy and blurred lines. Also terrible health bennies and no time off.
