Pros
What I appreciate about MetTel is the diversity of personalities that make it an enjoyable place to work. I have been here for over a decade and have witnessed tremendous growth, both with my career and others' as well. I have worked in several roles that have allowed me to accumulate skills and experience to become a director.
Cons
Newer employees are often challenged to learn a tremendous amount of system, process, and product knowledge without much structured training. Coworkers are a great source of support and information, but there is very little by way of organized classroom instruction.
