Pros

The company is continually growing and expand their service footprint so there is no lack of good project for individuals effort to have a real visible impact. Location and office is very good and terrific Brooklyn/Manhattan view across the entire floor. People work here are very nice and willing to help.

Cons

Job responsibility and project timelines sometimes are not well defined and can change unexpectedly thus make it harder for employees to adapt, insurance is expensive.

Great opportunity for growth. Upper management recognizes hard work and talent.Company is growing at a great pace and you have the opportunity to grow with the company. This is the place to be if you are knowledgable,dedicated and looking for career growth.

Cons

Occasionally there are multiple projects assigned at the same time. You should be able to manage your time between various project and prioritize them.

MetTel has proved to be a great place to work with amazing and supportive coworkers. There is real team atmosphere and people are always willing to help you on a daily basis. MetTel is by far the best office that I have ever had to pleasure of working in. I highly recommend applying to a position at MetTel.

Cons

While I have been at MeTel for for a few months now, I am yet to find any significant cons.
