They promote from within and quickly if they recognize your talent. Pay is pretty good. Free parking which is a big deal in Salt Lake.

Cons

Benefits are far too expensive. Sales team only looks for the next sale rather than how the current sale will effect downstream processes or teams.

I am relatively new to MetTel, and while it is definitely sometimes hard to get acclimated to the industry, what I do love about MetTel is that everyone is so open to new ideas, even from newly hired employees. If you have a great idea with a plan, then everyone is happy to try it out.

Cons

The benefits could be better.
