      Pros

      Appreciative company that is actually making a positive impact. Everything we do is dominated by the decisions to do what is "right," in a world where so many companies take the easy way out.

      Cons

      Obviously it is a large company with lots of moving parts so sometimes there are efficiency issues, but we are always learning and improving and I think that is the key takeaway.
