Meta has made good bets so the business prospects are good. Quality of work life depends on what team you are and who is your manager, but overall great place to work.

Cons

Series of layoffs made day to day unstable for a while. Might keep happening due to industry-wide reasons but the worst should have passed.

-Work life balance has nose dived post layoffs -Lack of internal resources compared to competitors and other internal sales teams -Ability to grow has been severely limited.
