Pros

Meta AR headset has promise, work life balance is very good in multiple departments

Cons

Wasteful / nonsense project direction, extremely high turnover, no female leadership, CEO inexperienced & causes damage in multiple departments, wages are lower here than industry averages, CEO puts unqualified friends in important positions

Pros

Join in the company because the vision of the company attracts me. Even though less than one year, I believe I made the right choice. In the hardware team, we have a young, creative, and deep-vision technology leader; also have a trustworthy, energetic product leader with well-established product development records/skills. It is lucky to have these leadership around to make a beautiful career.

Cons

Common startup issue: Fast technology progress vs. limited resource.
