      Pros

      Compensation is above average, whenever there is work the work is very rewarding and impactful, great company culture and awesome co workers.

      Cons

      Slow on direction, salary increases was better a couple of years ago with 15-25% per year in increase.. now its more like 2-4%.

      Working on the leading edge of an industry evolving by the hour.

      Cons

      The company does need to find ways to actually become more efficient. Unfortunately, they would rather squeeze all the smaller people to death than to get rid of middle and upper management who are far too comfortable in their roles.
