Pros

Innovation is big and truly enjoyable. The major part of the company is a bottom-up culture. Salaries and compensation packages are great. Most coworkers are friendly and are willing to help and support. Very smart people to work with.

Cons

Work is a bit demanding. The culture is shifting towards top-down in the past year especially in the infrastructure org. More processes and more rigidity is seeping in compared to the innovative open and flexible place it used to be 6 years ago.

- Great people - Nice offices (but this is changing) - Good salary

Cons

- Hire from external more than promote internally (shame because this changed) - Treatment of employees the last year with fear of redundancy etc has been horrible - Taking away and reducing benefits left and right
