Pros
You get to work with some of the smartest engineers in the world. The technical bar is legitimately high, and you grow quickly just by being in the rooms you’re in. The internal tooling is incredibly advanced. Developer productivity systems, code review workflows, and deployment tools are all top-tier.
Cons
Priorities change frequently, sometimes leaving projects in a half-finished state before leadership pivots again. It’s easy to get lost in the size of the company, especially if you don’t have a strong manager or advocate.
