Career Growth for Early Career Hardware Engineers

Pros

- There are plenty of support from very senior engineers in different domains - Plenty of resources in materials - Flexible schedule: work from home, work remote, in-person. Free food, onsite dental to help optimizing your day-to-day if you know how to integrate that into your life

Cons

Lack of career growth: usually first couple years, you are just working on a small flex or debugging some factory failure. Sometimes, designing some dev boards, etc You need to be very pushy to be able to own more or learn more. You won't be given that much responsibility to be able to learn compare to Apple or Tesla.
