      - Industry-leading compensation - Great cafeterias - Top notch talent all-around

      Cons

      - Nonstop work, worsening culture, limited recognition, limited mobility, continuously tightening performance review standards, nonstop layoffs despite record-breaking revenues... but hey, at least we have industry-leading severance packages.

      Great pay and benefits. Really can't beat them.

      Cons

      Perhaps the most toxic work environment I've ever come across. Extremely competitive/cut throat. Senior management failing upwards. Old guard (non-executive suite) will never be replaced despite clear incompetence and very little contribution. Couldn't be less flat culture.
