      Pros

      culture, pay, and sense of community. It seriously is the best place I have worked. It sounds like a bunch of HR non-sense, but I have been happy and see my self being here as long as they will let me.

      Cons

      Still a gigantic company that has a lot of moving parts that can be hard to navigate. It is getting bigger by the minute, and they will need to understand how to work it out.
