Pros
Many people that have been fluff have left, and the true legit people have survived. It feels like everyone here is well paid because they know what they are doing, and mean business. It feels like more has happened in the last year than all of the 4 years combined preceding this one.
Cons
There is still a bit of churn and trying to figure out what is going to stick or not.
