Pros

The People: The people here at Facebook are incredibly smart, unbelievably talented, hard working and to super friendly. I have worked at a few different companies over the years and it is the first time I can honestly say how true this is across the board. The Food: The food is unbelievably good. Im not sure how else to describe it! You have to eat it to believe it!

Cons

There are so many things going on at any given stage and its tough sometimes to keep track of everything and keep to a work life balance, however, that can probably be said about any role that you enjoy.
