Toxic environment with chaotic management and no structure

This has been one of the most disorganized companies I have ever experienced. There appears to be a serious lack of processes, structure, and clear ownership. Too many people have management titles, but there is little accountability or effective leadership. The systems and tools are outdated, communication is chaotic, and constant restructuring creates uncertainty and frustration. There is a lot of talk about new systems and AI initiatives, but the execution feels scattered and poorly planned. The overall environment feels stressful and difficult to succeed in due to the lack of organization and direction. Based on my experience, I would recommend doing thorough research before considering a role here.
