False stability- poor management- they will throw you under the bus to look good

Pros

Free food- total work freedom, no micro-managing.

Cons

False sense of stability- RSUs are a headache to deal with. They give you an opportunity to seem like you're contributing and then make up reasons to jettison your job. You get no recognition for your work.
