The good perks and lay definitely keep me staying! And it doesn’t hurt that I feel like I’m working with brilliant people everyday and constantly being challenged. I generally enjoy my job and the work that I do. I do think this experience varies per team and depends on your manager/team culture.

Cons

Sometimes there are too many cooks in the kitchen and people try to move too quickly to meet leadership’s demands

Cons

Performance culture is horrible. Tons of reorgs and layoffs. Poor work-life-balance. Stress through the roof. Poor upward mobility opportunities.
